Avoid washing your hair
every day
People with very dry hair do not need to wash their
hair daily. Instead, washing the hair less often will help preserve the natural
oils in the scalp and keep hair well moisture. Washing hair weekly might be
enough for people with dry hair. If you wash your hair daily, gradually reduce
the frequency with which you wash your hair.

moisturizing shampoo and conditioner
Shampoos can eliminate unwanted oil and build up,

great moisturizing shampoo will effectively wash and clean your locks without
stripping them of important inherent moisture. Use shampoos and conditioners
that contain natural oils, like olive and Aragon oil, glycerin, sorbitol and
Shea butter. Shampoos that contains keratin or plant based moisturizer are
super hydrating as well. Then try to avoid product that contain mineral oil,
petrolatum, sulfates, silicone and alcohol. These substances can increase the
dryness, if you not have a time to wash your hair with shampoo, you should wet
your hair and apply conditioners daily. Use a deep conditioning treatment once
every seven to ten days. You do not need to apply too much conditioners to the
roots since the natural oils produced by your body will moisture it. Rinse your
hair with cold water after shampooing and conditioning. The cold water will
close the hair follicles, enabling your hair trapping the moisture.

or Avoiding hair styling products
Many hair mousses, gels and finishing sprays contain
alcohol, which can dry your hair. Try to find the products that don’t include
alcohol. Make sure your hair is completely dry before using heat styling tools.
Styling your hair while it is still damp can lead to damaged, dry hair. Instead
of styling your hair everyday with flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers
try limiting it two or three times a week or important days. Permanent hair
colour, relaxers and perms can damage your hair if they are done too
frequently. Therefore, space out touch-ups and treatments as long as you can.
Trimming dead ends is a great way to reduce dryness and improve the overall
look of your hair.
Eat
healthy
Eating a variety of healthy foods could give you
fabulous-looking hair and getting all your essential nutrients will make your
hair stronger and healthier. If you want hair that’s lovely and soft, don’t
forget your weekly dose of omega-3. At least 2 servings of fish a week are
recommended, especially fatty fish like salmon and sarding. These are having
higher in AEP and ADH. Biotin(B8) is an important vitamin often recommended to
strengthen hair and nails. If you want a healthy hair, eat biotin rich foods
such as eggs, liver, milk, soy, hazelnut and yeast. Drink plenty of water

getting an adequate amount of water each day.
